This two-day workshop offers both theory and practical sessions on the non-mechanised method of hedgelaying in the South of England style. Day one will cover topics such as the history, ecology and management of hedgerows, knowledge of the techniques and traditional tools used for hedgelaying and day two will be 'out in the field' working on a hedgerow.
