Salary: £22,784 for 30 hours, (FTE: £28,480 pa)
As a member of the Business Development and Community Engagement Team the post-holder will lead the delivery of the Trust’s Adult Wellbeing Programmes. The post holder will contribute directly to the delivery of Strategic Plan Objective 2 – ‘Lead and support the transition of society towards more sustainable living’. The post-holder will represent the Trust externally in the course of their work.
Salary: Term time: £20,132 to £21,924 depending on experience, Full time: £24,180 -£24,765 depending on experience
Hours: 1 x 37.5 hours pro rata term time only (40 weeks) at The Willows Care Farm, 1 x 37.5 hours per week (full time) at Lakeside Care Farm

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a farm worker to help maintain a substantial head of livestock and significant levels of machinery and equipment, buildings and livestock handling facilities throughout the Trust’s southern farming operation. The post holder will work closely with the Senior Livestock Officer to ensure conservation grazing plans are adhered to and records are kept; thus providing a first class conservation service for our key nature reserves in south Wiltshire.
