Care Farm Education and Wellbeing Officer Day 6 Provision - Wiltshire Wildlife Trust

Salary: £14,385 – 15,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Contract: Permanent Term Time (40 weeks)

Based at: The Willows Care Farm, Broughton Gifford, Melksham

Working alongside the Care Farms’ Manager, Assistant Managers and our experienced staff team, the post holder will be responsible for leading the daily delivery of one-to-one nature-based therapeutic activities for ‘Day 6 Provision’ children and young people with additional needs, mental health, social and communication difficulties, and those in need of emotional support.
