The Estates Officer (North) role supports Estate Managers across Yorkshire, the North-East, and North West to manage residential developments, open spaces, and country parks. The role involves coordinating with partners and stakeholders, ensuring sites meet charitable and operational objectives, supporting grant-funded projects, identifying income opportunities, managing licences and permits, and helping deliver Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), while maintaining strong customer service for residents and communities.

Facilities and Communities Officer (Marleigh) - The Land Trust

Salary: £30,750 DoE

Location: Marleigh, Cambridge

Terms: 36 hours, 5 days per week, including weekends

Contract: 6 months FTC with a view to potentially extend
