As our Education Team Leader, it will be your responsibility to lead our education team to develop, plan and deliver curriculum-linked activities that will increase students understanding of nature and the environment. You will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the education team, providing support and advice through induction, training, teaching observation and personal reviews. Our team teaches a variety of courses in diverse outdoor teaching locations, to primary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities on science and geography education trips. This is an active role and will also include some hands-on teaching in the field.

We facilitate hundreds of online and in person courses per year for adults and young people. Our courses can enable people to earn recognition or accreditation to take on personal and professional roles that benefit themselves and the natural environment. You will be responsible for administering our training courses, including organising the logistics of in-person delivery and/or online courses via our online learning platform. This will include booking subject experts and managing learner bookings, as well as keeping accurate records.
