Dorset Wildlife Trust has an exciting opportunity for a new Centres Manager, leading the work and managing the teams of some of Dorset’s top wildlife engagement Centres, set within internationally recognised environments.

Based at, and with a primary focus on, the Wild Chesil Centre, there will also be management oversight of the Wild Seas Centre at Kimmeridge and the Kingcombe Visitor Centre just outside Dorchester, where there are Lead Officers present, and for Lorton Education Centre Weymouth, which is used as a conservation and event base. The role will ensure that the Centres are managed on sound commercial principles and make significant contributions to the delivery of DWT’s charitable objects of public engagement and nature recovery.

This is a permanent post, of 35 hours per week. There will be a requirement for some weekend working as part of a rota.

A DBS check is required for this post, and will be completed prior to the start date.
