Natural England is looking for motivated individuals to lead the work of teams and advisers, working with farmers, landowners, land managers and nature organisations in partnerships, to safeguard, restore and enhance the natural environment by providing technical advice on reducing diffuse water pollution, and on land, habitat, and species management.

We are seeking individuals with relevant line management experience ideally in the land management and nature conservation sector, and able to lead teams of advisers in our local area team.

You need to be a team player, able to work with a range of staff in local and national teams and can operate as an individual; You may lead a specific project as part of the line management role, and will need to cultivate effective working relationships, externally and internally, that can make a real difference to the natural environment.

A full valid driving license is essential as you will be visiting farms and protected sites in these counties.
