Play a vital role in the reintroduction and monitoring of hen harriers in England. Two lead advisers will be based in the hen harrier reintroduction project in Wiltshire near Salisbury. A hen harrier reintroduction to southern England represents a major opportunity for Natural England and the project partners to lead a high profile ‘flagship’ project, delivering benefits to both people and nature through the recovery of species populations and wildlife-rich landscapes.

The West Midlands team are looking for a motivated Reserve Warden to join their team working on the Stiperstones and Downton Gorge National Nature Reserves Based in South Shropshire the role will assist with the delivery of a wide variety of conservation and estate management duties across these two sites. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a large amount of experience implementing the conservation management plans and estate work across a range of habitats on these two sites. The Stiperstones NNR is managed by Natural England and is an upland heathland site with important acid grassland, upland oak woodland, mires and hay meadows.
