Job Purpose Summary

The post-holder will be a key member of NatureScot's licensing team in the Wildlife Management Activity Team undertaking a range of duties supporting the delivery of NatureScot’s licensing function. The main focus of the role is on legislative and policy development in particular for areas of new licensing responsibility. Line Management of staff, as well as coaching the wider team in areas of novel and contentious casework will also be required. Ability to manage a high profile and varied workload efficiently and effectively is required along with good interpersonal skills.
