This is an exciting new role to lead Dorset Wildlife Trust’s work to secure land use change for nature in Dorset. The role will develop and grow our highly rated advisory work with Dorset’s land managers and is key to our goal for 30% of land to be managed positively for nature by 2030. It will also contribute to demonstrating nature-based solutions on our own land. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in partnership with land managers, can inspire others and will lead development of new funding streams for our work.

This post is advertised as a full time (35 hours) position, however we would consider requests for 28 hour working. The place of work can be either our Brooklands Farm HQ offices, or our office at the Kingcombe Centre. We also work a hybrid working model, with some home working available as agreed with the manager.
