We are seeking a Reserves Officer (West Hampshire) to join our cause. This officer will play a leading role in the practical delivery of the Trust’s work across the Trust's west Hampshire estate and its wildlife reserves. This suite of sites is primarily centred on the Trust's Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve, one of the Trust's flagship sites which has an extensive path and hide network. The Reserves Officer will be the public face of the Trust at the reserve.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is a grassroots movement working for nature’s recovery and to bring people closer to nature. We are seeking an Ecologist to join our cause. As part of the Trust’s Ecology Team, the post plays an essential a role within the Trust’s professional ecological consultancy service, Arcadian Ecology and Consulting Ltd (Arcadian). An essential part of this service is delivering ecological survey, monitoring and research work, to ensure conservation decision-making is based on sound evidence.

Estates and Conservation Manager (North) - Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust

This permanent role involves the management of a team of staff and volunteers responsible for a suite of Trust nature reserves and sites in North Hampshire. You will be responsible for a complex and varied range of sites including flagship Trust nature reserves.

As part of the Trust’s bold new strategy to help nature recover ‘Wilder 2030’ we see our nature reserves as vital nodes in the ’nature recovery network’. We have set ourselves a goal of doubling our estate in ten years and are campaigning for 30% of land and sea to be restored for wildlife. It is an exciting time to be joining the Trust!
