Salary bracket: £33,800 -38,800 per annum paid monthly
45 hours/wk (includes 1 hour per day of unpaid breaks)

Can you clearly communicate your instructions to others in a friendly and motivational way? Would you enjoy seeing your skills deliver habitat enhancements that will last for generations? This role will allow you to use your skills to deliver habitat management and wildlife protection across the North West and North Wales.
Having liaised with clients and landowners, you will be expected to ensure that the right people, with the right equipment, materials and knowledge get to various work sites. When the teams encounter problems that they cannot resolve, you will need to proactively resolve these issues to ensure the cost effective progress of the project.
As part of ELM’s management team you will need Word, Excel and accounting software knowledge to ensure accurate records are maintained. You will also need to be able to work independently, managing your work load to ensure the smooth operational running of the Company.
