The Countryside Education Trust is a charity formed in 1975 with a focus on environmental education. Our new Fort Climate Centre was opened last week by HRH Duchess of Edinburgh, and adds an additional dimension to our work. We have two sites in the New Forest and work with all ages, from residential groups to large community events.
We are looking for a colleague to join our friendly team at an exciting time for our small charity, to run our admin function, including payments, greet visitors and assist with our wellbeing programme. While this will be a primarily office based role, there will also be opportunities for the applicant to gain experience in the wider environmental field, supporting our teaching team with playgroups and practical conservation tasks.
The role is part time, to be worked flexibly, 22.5 hours per week. This is not available for remote working. The post-holder will also benefit from a staff pass to the National Motor Museum attraction at Beaulieu, and their birthday day off. The pay range will be from £10.55-£10.75 depending on experience. This job is attracting a lot of interest from other channels so please apply as soon as possible! mail@cet.org.uk
Closing Date: 27/03/2023 Location: Home Farm, Palace Lane, Beaulieu, SO42 7YG
