Salary – £22,000 (with a 5% increase on completion of probation) Full-time, permanent contract

It’s an exciting time to join us at Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust (GWT). The Community Action Officer is central to helping us achieve the ambitious goals in our 2030 strategy. Help us build a movement and inspire others to take action for nature.
This dynamic and varied role will involve working with internal and external stakeholders to inspire individuals and communities to take actions that will increase biodiversity and support nature’s recovery.
You will have good interpersonal skills, an interest in the environment and be happy and confident working with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, community groups and partner organisations.
