BioBlitz Event: South Landing, Flamborough Rocky Shore Bioblitz Join CoCoast Yorkshire, Yorkshire Naturalists’ Union and the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust as they race against the clock and the tide to find and record as many species as possible. The Beach Track app allows those taking a stroll on the sands to submit information on beach cleanliness – including levels of litter, plastic waste and pollution – and on any stranded animals, such as dolphins or whales. The app has been developed by the Scottish Marine Animal Stranding Scheme (SMASS) http://www.beachtrack.org/
