This one-day classroom-based course focuses on the analysis of bat calls recorded on full spectrum, broadband time expansion or frequency division bat detectors. Use of AnalookW, Anabat Insight (Titley), Bat Explorer (Elekon) and Kaleidoscope (Wildlife Acoustics) software packages is covered, though the illustrated identification features will apply to other sound analysis software. You will need to bring your own laptop with software packages preinstalled.
