This training will give you the tools and experience to build consensus in practice. What you will gain from the course: An understanding of what consensus is, and is not; The principles of consensus decision-making; Advantages and disadvantages; Essential skills; Mediation tools; Examples of successful consensus decision-making; Understand how consensus builds stronger communities; Applying models in your organisation.
