Site Manager – Smithills - Woodland Trust

Supported through the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Woodland Trust will give Smithills Estate the boost it needs to become a sustainable and thriving place – where landscape restoration and conservation can move forward hand in hand with the many hundreds of thousands of people who know, love and feel part of the estate.
The Site Manager will undertake the successful management of the estate, including managing the programme of management works, tendering contracts and carrying out tree safety inspections. Working in partnership with stakeholders, different Woodland Trust teams, contractors, neighbours and those interested in the estate is fundamental to this role.
