You will work with NRW’s local teams using modelled data on sources of nitrogen pollution that impact on protected sites and then discussing management options with local farmers. The aims are to address the “Nature Emergency”, reverse biodiversity declines and build ecosystem resilience.

As an officer within an Environment Team, you would have a focus on the water environment helping the team deliver improvements to the rivers and their catchments within the Cwm Taf and Bridgend areas. The work will include incident management, regulation and compliance linked to Water Resources, Land or Water Quality. Implementation of regulatory and supporting partnership solutions and projects that deliver environmental outcomes on the ground, including Water Framework Directive.
