Ecological Services - Froglife

We are calling for tenders from suitably qualified Ecologists and Ecology Services to assist with the delivery of freshwater and terrestrial habitat creation and restoration in North, South and West Yorkshire. The project is called Coalface to Wildspace Yorkshire and is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project will deliver large scale habitat works at 17 sites.

Project Manager: Coalface to Wildspace Yorkshire - Froglife

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Duration: 48 month contract

Hours: 35 hours per week (days will be flexible; working hours will include evenings and weekends)

Office: Working from home and optional local office

This new role will be responsible for delivering our 4 year project: Coalface to Wildspace Yorkshire. We aim to achieve landscape scale habitat creation and restoration across Yorkshire, creating and restoring ponds and improving surrounding terrestrial habitats for the benefit of amphibians and reptiles and a wide range of other wildlife. To encourage widescale community engagement, we will deliver a comprehensive educational, enjoyable, and inclusive programme of activities.
