Outdoor Learning Site Supervisor

This is done those a variety of projects including one to one and small group support, community youth work, parent support.

About the role

As the Outdoor Learning Site Supervisor you will lead on the development and maintenance of Forest School and Outdoor Learning sites and resources to support the engagement of children and young people in a range of programmes. 

You will oversee the planning, implementation and review of environmental management plans, and area improvement plans, identify and implement maintenance work, and manage the provision and maintenance of tools and equipment. You will also support the delivery of forest school/outdoor learning programmes and activities to meet the needs of the children and young people.

About you

We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people as well as site or environmental management.
