Salary: circa £32,000 FTE depending on experience
Hours: 17.5 - 24.5 hours per week
Location: Berkshire, hybrid working, flexible working is fully supported.

Do you love the countryside and want to make a difference? CPRE Berkshire is looking for a dynamic individual to lead its work to enhance and protect the local countryside for everyone to enjoy.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for the day to day running of the organisation, for the operational plan and its delivery. Your immediate priority will be to increase membership and volunteers and establish new projects to expand the charity’s income through fundraising to ensure the long-term viability of CPRE Berkshire. You will be working with the chair, trustees and secretary of the local group also liaising with various stakeholders from local MPs and council leaders to volunteers, CPRE members, the media and the public. You will raise the profile and reputation of CPRE Berkshire with external partners through a strong media and social media presence, including an up-to-date website.
