Are you a passionate, strategic leader ready to champion wildlife and inspire positive change? Herefordshire Wildlife Trust - the county’s largest membership-based conservation charity - is seeking a CEO to drive our mission: restore nature, empower communities, and secure a wilder future for all.

At Herefordshire Wildlife Trust we are at the heart of local nature recovery. Our bold vision: a Wilder Herefordshire - more nature everywhere. We manage a network of nature reserves, deliver innovative landscape-scale projects, and work within communities, connecting people of all ages with nature and inspiring action to secure nature’s recovery. A key part of the role involves effectively managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and shared commitment to our vision for a thriving natural environment.
