Visitor Centre Manager

Location: Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, Skegness, Lincolnshire

Salary: circa £26,000 per annum, permanent contract

Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer care? Could you manage our busy centre that includes a popular café and successful retail operation?

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Visitor Centre team at the stunning Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve – one of the natural jewels of the Lincolnshire Coast.

The nature reserve receives around 200,000 visits every year, many of whom come to the centre - either to engage with the many activities that we run or to utilise the café or retail facilities. We aim to connect with and inspire as many visitors as possible.

Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is Lincolnshire’s leading wildlife charity with almost 100 nature reserves, three education and visitor centres and more than 25,000 members.
