Are you passionate about nature, the countryside and our place within it?
Do you have the drive, enthusiasm and know-how to spread our message and help shape our world for the better?
Can you be part of our unique and dynamic leadership team, delivering the benefits of working with nature to hundreds of people each year?
If so, we are looking for you.
Tir Coed is on the hunt for a third member to complete our senior management team as we embark on a period of major change for the charity and seek to transform the physical, mental, economic and environmental health of rural Wales.
Following an extensive recruitment drive to remodel our leadership structure, we have already secured not one, but two new CEOs.
We are now actively seeking a Development and Communications specialist to join forces with our Finance and Operations Directors to form an unstoppable leadership team in the three-way job-share that will take Tir Coed to new heights as we launch our ground-breaking AnTir project.
You will be responsible for public facing work, fostering partnerships and relationships, developing Tir Coed’s communication strategies and be the main point of contact for media and public speaking. You will work closely with your fellow directors to develop and fundraise new projects, communicate outcomes and stories from Tir Coed’s work to the world and support the growth of the charity, including our trading activity, within the four counties of Dyfed Powys.
