This would be via training days, refresher courses and mentoring as well as outreach-focused tasks including blogging.

You will have experience of bumblebee identification, ideally including rare species. You will be a clear and fluent communicator, ideally with experience of leading training courses or equivalent. As this is a home-based, remote-working position you will be organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Experience of working with volunteers is desirable.

Please refer to the job description and person specification for more details of the role. This is a 0.6 FTE part-time position, home-based in Scotland with occasional travel throughout the UK.
