For this role, we are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and self-motivated person to assist with both classroom & online teaching and practical training of horticulture students. The students will be following a variety of courses and qualifications; study programmes (previously called full time courses), and RHS qualification courses in addition to some students on leisure courses. The successful applicant will have plenty of industry knowledge as well as being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational abilities in order to perform the role successfully.

Hours: 0.4 fraction which is 14.8 hours per week or 2-day Monday - Friday
Salary: £8,304 - £10,489.60 per annum (£20,760 - £26,224 per annum pro rota) which is 4b - 9c on the Academic Staff Salary Scale depending on skills and experience. A market pay supplement of up to £3,000 per annum may be available to reflect this skills shortage area.
