Countryside Management Tutor and Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced countryside management professional to coordinate our See Learn Transform programme and deliver our City and Guilds courses, working with vulnerable young people and adults. Working on the Burrough Court Estate in Melton Mowbray, you will also use your skills to develop environmental and nature based projects working with the Estate team, and embed these into stimulating work experience or educational sessions.

Your knowledge and experience will inspire people to achieve qualifications and skills that will support them into employment or further education. You will have well developed practical skills that you can use to be a role model to others. You will have leadership skills and be able to work within a wide team of people dedicated to helping our learners achieve their goals. You will be supported by the See Learn Transform Programme Manager and the wider Sustainable Land Trust team to help you excel in your role, through mentoring, training or on the job support.
