Are you an experienced facilities professional looking to make a difference in our beautiful Goring Gap village uniquely located where two National Trails meet? We’re seeking an organised, hands-on Grounds and Facilities Manager to ensure our parish remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
You’ll lead the maintenance of our grounds and facilities, oversee contractors, carry out inspections and reports, and ensure all standards and procedures are met. This is a varied role combining practical work with administration and coordination.
We’re looking for someone with solid maintenance experience, excellent organisational skills, and a community-minded approach. You’ll work closely with the Clerk team & contractors.
This is a part time role of 0.5 Full time
Permanent post following probation period
Equivalent full time Salary: £29,540 - £36,363 (SCP 14-25)
