An exciting opportunity has arisen at Nene Park Trust for the recruitment of a number of seasonal Visitor Assistants to support the continued improvements in customer service within a high quality 1,725 acre country park in Peterborough.
This important role, part of the wider Trust’s Operations Team, will support the delivery of a high-quality service from the Visitor Centre and Gift Shop in Ferry Meadows Country Park, incorporating information, retail and visitor assistance, and acting as a point of contact between the Trust and members of the public seeking information about the Park, its activities and events.
Successful candidates will have experience in communicating effectively with a diverse customer base.
This post is offered as a seasonal contract with flexible hours across a 7-day week including weekends, Bank Holidays and school holidays.
