The Role
We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Administrator, working for our Southeast Team.
This new role will require you to support the Ecology Team in the South of England on a wide and varied range of projects. The Project Administrator will support the survey team by helping to collate, analyse and interpret data, and will manage communications with clients to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
In addition to general project support, the Projects Administrator will undertake a range of desk-based studies, including Biological Records, Protected Sites and Priority Habitat searches. The postholder will also transpose data from multiple sources and help to template technical reports.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for candidates with experience in administration and who have a passion for the natural environment.
This role will suit individuals with an organised and methodical mindset. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and experience using other project management systems would be advantageous.
Communication is key in this role and so all applicants will need to demonstrate that they are able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Offer
As a part of our team, you’ll be offered a competitive salary in line with your experience and skills, the potential for performance related rewards, company pension, and the opportunity for training and continued professional development.
Middlemarch celebrates diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and is committed to providing fair and equal access to opportunities for all candidates.
