Membership Administrator

£12 per hour, 14 hours per week
(Tuesday and Thursday, office based, Pirbright)

Surrey Wildlife Trust is Surrey’s leading environmental charity. We are a membership organisation co-ordinating the details of nearly 45,000 members who support Surrey Wildlife Trust through subscription donations, responses to appeals, corporate sponsorship and volunteering.

We have partnerships and stakeholders across the county and hold significant amounts of data and contact information.

We need a part time administrator to join the team in order to manage the financial elements of Memberships including direct debit payments, running BACS reports and reconciling payments received in addition to communications with Members via telephone, email and post, updating records, sending out joining packs and providing back up to colleagues on a variety of duties.

You will need to proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in; previous customer service and database input experience together with strong IT literacy and numeracy are essential as you will be using a database, BACS software and the full scope of Microsoft packages.
