Role:
2 x Assistant Ecologists required for a small friendly consultancy based in Sheffield. We need someone with suitable experience of undertaking PEA surveys for householder/small development sites. Experience of field work for a variety of species would be advantageous. The role will be both office and site based. We would consider a permanent role for the right candidate.
Requirements:
Successful applicants will ideally have some experience in Ecological Consultancy, and be abreast of policy, professional standards, guidance, fieldwork and reporting requirements. They will have good written English and be effective communicators with colleagues and clients. We look for an enthusiastic approach to work and a strong work ethic. Due to the nature of the post, applicants must be physically fit.
Benefits:
Salary from £20,000 to £25,000 ( dependant on experience) Holiday entitlement and hours will be discussed at interview.
