The Role

As a Property Manager, you will form part of a small team that is responsible for our premises and sites and the associated maintenance.

Our estate ranges from listed buildings to iconic sites, tourist information centres, car parks and various facilities as well as woodlands and amenity grounds.

About You

To be considered as a Property Manager, you will need:

  • The ability to communicate fluently in both Welsh and English, both orally and in writing
  • Experience at a technical level in property maintenance and repair
  • Experience of running minor works contracts and project management
  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in construction / surveying (or another relevant subject) or extensive practical experience in asset / property management
  • A working knowledge of Health and Safety related issues relevant to property management
  • The ability to carry out surveys and produce drawings using computer software
  • The ability to carry out condition surveys, prepare estimates and write work specifications for construction work
  • The ability to manage contracts safely, incorporating Building Regulations, Design and Management
  • The ability to operate established maintenance systems and comply with health and safety legislation
  • The ability to use Microsoft software and programs
  • A valid driving licence
