Permanent, Full Time 36 hours p/w, Home based.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Increasing with service
A defined contributions pension plan with the Trust matching up to 6%.

The Estates Project officer will report to the Estates Manager and work closely with managing partners, communities who live and work around our sites, residents on service charge sites and external stakeholders. Internally, working closely with Land Trust colleagues including the Fundraising and Communications teams to ensure sites are promoted and marketed effectively.
The main focus of the role is to ensure that our greenspace sites are managed to a high standard by delivering good and efficient contractor management and maximising the charitable impacts for local communities.
The key responsibilities of the role are to ensure that the partners/contractors who are responsible for the day to day management of our sites are delivering as efficiently as possible, also help to champion the impact well maintained open spaces have in the creation and development of sustainable communities and more generally will assist in promoting the Trust.
