Permanent, Full Time 36 hours p/w
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 Depending on Experience
25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Increasing with service

As a member of the Estates Team, the key responsibilities are to ensure that our greenspace sites are managed as efficiently as possible. Working closely with the Communications and Fundraising Teams to ensure the sites are promoted and marketed effectively and to support future projects.
The main focus of this role will be working on the prestigious residential developments at Prince Philip Park, Bordon and Wellesley in Aldershot. The role will involve a significant element of customer focus to ensure that the residents on our sites receive good customer service and information regarding the space we own and manage and feel fully engaged with the green spaces.
You will ensure that the sites are managed to a high standard by delivering good and efficient contractor management and maximising the Charitable Impacts for local communities.
