Major Donor Manager

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week (1fte)

Location: Home based, with occasional travel to Head Office (Manor Yard, Dorset).

Salary: Band D - £32,359 - £36,698 depending upon experience plus 8% employer pension contribution

Over the next five years, Butterfly Conservation is committed to delivering the biggest possible impact for nature, playing a leading role within the conservation sector, with our new, ambitious strategy.

We’re recruiting to this new role at Butterfly Conservation to provide a focus on our High Net Worth giving programme in support of our strategic aims.

This postholder will implement vibrant, inspiring and persuasive approaches, campaigns and events to attract High Net Worth donors, and will work to manage and build relationships with existing and prospective individual donors, to secure long-term support.

You will have experience of major donor fundraising already, are ambitious, creative and able to adopt innovative approaches to our work.

Your first-rate interpersonal skills, high level of organisation and ability to write exceptional communication materials will lead you to success in this role.
