A rare opportunity has arisen for a Chief Executive to lead an award-winning organisation addressing key issues to make a real difference to the people living and working in southern Scotland. Established in 1999, Southern Uplands Partnership is a rural development charity and progressive employer, offering flexible working and attractive terms and conditions. Working with a team of like-minded staff (currently 20), a Board of Directors and stakeholders, to a strategy that is ever more relevant, the successful applicant will lead and develop the organisation to deal with the challenges and opportunities facing the south of Scotland today.
