Assistant Countryside Ranger (Career Pathway)

Salary: Grade 2 – Grade 5 , £18,198 - £23,541 per Annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Countryside Ranger Team (Career Pathway) in order to gain skills and experience in landscape and conservation management across the Clwydian Range & Dee Valley AONB.

Key duties of the post, initially fixed until 30 June 2023, will include practical management on countryside sites throughout the area and offering help and advice to residents and visitors. The successful applicant will be highly motivated and provide support for community engagement events and volunteer activities. The post requires the applicant to have completed a period of study in Countryside Management or a related discipline.
