West Yorkshire Ecology is seeking two full-time Biodiversity Crisis Habitat Surveyors to work in the field in Calderdale.

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake broad area habitat surveys to UKHab standard in the upper valleys of the River Calder. The results will be used to feed into Biodiversity Crisis action planning and the Local Nature Recovery Strategy.

Applicants must have experience of undertaking broad area habitat surveys and botanical recording, ideally in upland acid environments using tablet computers.
