Job Title: Wild Spaces Manager

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent post

Salary: Range from £33,757 to £39,120

Location: Flexible, based at home or at one of BC’s offices around the UK, regular travel around the UK will be required

We’d like to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Wild Spaces Manager. You will be responsible for developing and delivering our goal to ‘transform 100,000 Wild Spaces in the UK for people, butterflies and moths’.

You will lead a programme of work including project and partnership development, overseeing our wild spaces projects, widening participation and engagement, and developing the monitoring, reporting and evaluation for all our wild spaces work.

You must have extensive experience of project development and creating successful funding applications. You will also have demonstrable experience of building effective partnerships and an understanding of how to expand our reach to wider audiences.

We’re looking for someone who works collaboratively and creatively with excellent communication skills and can manage a diverse workload to tight deadlines. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
