Grade B: £56,258 - £62,688 pa
As Head of our newly formed Strategy and Ranger Service., you will be responsible for bringing two services together and leading a cultural shift towards new ways of working.

You will be part of the Strategic Leadership Team, and also lead LDNP’s role as a key member of the Lake District National Park Partnership.
About you
You are an experienced leader who can bring together two services to form a new, agile and dynamic Strategy and Ranger Service to deliver our vision and strategy for the Lake District National Park. You will be confident and comfortable leading strategic development, liaising closely with our Members, Partners and working as part of our Strategic Leadership Team. Your leadership style will be inclusive and you will inspire teams to move forward towards new ways of working. You will maximise opportunities for team working.
