Competitive salaries offered, dependant on the role and experience, with annual bonus (up to 5% company performance/5% personal performance)
Immediate start required, or as soon as possible. All roles are full-time permanent positions, with an initial probation period.
All roles require:
Ecologist roles: £27,000-£30,000 per annum
You will provide technical support on a range of projects including planning applications, biodiversity offsetting and mitigation projects. You will lead projects, manage assistants and sub-contractors to deliver a high-quality service.
Senior Ecologist roles: £32,000-£40,000 per annum
You will take the lead on larger or more complex projects, managing both staff and subcontractors. You will nurture and encourage development of less experienced staff. As a senior ecologist you will be input into the survey guidance for the company and troubleshoot for less experienced staff.
Principal Ecologist: £40,000-£60,000 per annum
You will plan and oversee all aspects of large complex projects, ensuring that all time, budget and quality targets are met. You will lead on preparing tenders for large projects and contribute to business development. Provide staff management and support less experienced staff with project management and expertise to ensure that all projects company wide are delivered to a high standard. Contribute to internal training and staff development.
