Are you organised with experience of outdoor projects?
We are looking for a well organised self-starter to join our small team on the Basingstoke Canal – a heritage waterway and nature reserve. You will be a key member of the team delivering a varied range of canal maintenance, public access, and business development projects over the next 2 years. You will relish a challenge and have proven track record of delivering projects.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), with previous experience of project management in a countryside or associated outdoor environment. You will also be an effective communicator and work with a range of colleagues across two County Councils and with other key stakeholder such as volunteers and regulators. Thoroughly IT literate, you would ideally be familiar with project management software and have Prince 2 Foundation skills or equivalent.
