Role purpose
The main purpose of this role is to support individuals experiencing difficulties in their lives to address the challenges they face and to do this using the natural environment as a setting and a resource. You will be working with vulnerable adults, children and young people, either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis. You will work with participants to achieve person-centred appropriate goals and liaise with your colleagues and partner organisations as part of their progression. You will need to be patient, positive, culturally smart and able to motivate and encourage. You will be working as part of a wider delivery team and there will be variety in the role, due to the number of different groups and participants we work with.
