Summary
We’re looking for a passionate, inspiring and experienced Lead Ranger to join our team and lead for delivery and standards across the incredibly beautiful and nature-rich Cotswolds countryside.
With multiple landscape and large-scale nature recovery projects planned and in progress, there’s a lot of inspiring and truly impactful work going on. What you'll be doing
You’ll report to the Countryside Manager and work alongside another Lead Ranger leading a team of six Area Rangers and three Rangers as well as working with the Conservation Grazing Manager and Conservation Grazing Assistant who run the in-hand herd of Belted Galloway cattle managing important grassland sites across the Cotswolds.
