Head of Nature Recovery

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse and passionate team delivering transformational change to reverse the loss of biodiversity at the iconic Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

You will lead and foster sustainable partnerships aimed at increasing the resources and land in the National Park, managed for nature recovery and recreational purposes and develop and support a vision to maximise the contribution of heritage assets to support conservation, lifelong learning and cultural enrichment.

To be successful you will need significant experience in conservation management and leading landscape scale nature recovery initiatives, linked with an educational background in a related area such as conservation management, wildlife, ecology or environmental science.

You will be a forward thinker with intellectual curiosity to identify good practice with ability to manage change. You should also have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Salary circa £45,000
