We are currently looking for a Fundraising Manager to join our Development Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As our Fundraising Manager, you will drive our income generation, focusing on meeting annual targets and return on investment.
Working alongside the Director of Development, you will create and deliver our Income Generation Strategy, developing new and existing initiatives to support sustainable fundraising models.
You will ensure that all our fundraising activities align with our brand framework and showcase the charity’s purpose and aims.
Additionally, you will:
- Research and identify potential individual donors, businesses, trusts and foundations
- Build upon prospects to establish a cycle of long-term engagement and stewardship
- Develop effective messaging and materials for fundraising activities
- Line manage the Fundraising Officer
- Review the fundraising performance
About You
To be considered as our Fundraising Manager, you will need:
- A track record of delivering efficient and effective fundraising strategies and programmes
- Experience of bid development and raising significant funds
- Experience of raising funds from corporates and delivering sponsorship arrangements
- At least three years' line management experience
- A track record of dealing with sensitivity and complexity, including managing sensitive relationships, data management and diverse audiences
- Membership of the Institute of Fundraising
- IT proficiency
- A degree or equivalent
