The role of the Sheffield Lakeland Landscape Partnership Community Nature Recovery Officer will provide ecological support to the Sheffield Lakeland Landscape Partnership, funded through Heritage Lottery Funding through delivering and assisting in the delivery of core project outcomes.
The Sheffield Lakeland Landscape Partnership (SLLP) is an exciting programme of activities across an area that stretches from Langsett to Redmires and from the edge of Sheffield city to the moorland slopes of the Peak District National Park. Visit our website to find out more.
The successful candidate will be expected to be involved and/or deliver objectives for projects within the Sheffield Lakeland Landscape Partnership.
Along with your experience of specialised species or habitat management projects you will bring excellent understanding of nature conservation and ecology. You will also bring experience of delivering public community engagement events with the ability to build good working relationships with a wide variety of individuals and organisations.
