The Role
Worcestershire County Council's Public Rights of Way Team is seeking a knowledgeable, skilled, and enthusiastic professional to lead on Enforcement work related to public rights of way.
The role which has a wide range of responsibilities, the key areas being:
This is a senior role in the team and you will be expected to deal with some very challenging cases with minimal supervision. With the role comes a busy and demanding workload requiring excellent prioritisation and time management skills to meet key performance indicator targets. You will be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve successful outcomes. As well as experience in public rights of way enforcement you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to deal effectively with a range of stakeholders including senior managers, County Councillors, parish and town councils and user groups.
